Visit Cardigan

From Monday 7th December, some good news:

Well done Cardigan communities.

With falling positive case numbers and per 100,000 ratio over the last week. Going from 800 per in the worst days of the outbreak to less than 137 per in the last week, Ceredigion County Council have decided :

- All Schools will be reopening in the Cardigan area.

- The Safe Zone will be removed from Cardigan Town (4.30 Saturday) , and so parking charges will begin except on Saturdays, these remain free in the weeks up to Christmas.

HOWEVER, the virus is increasing in other parts of the county and North Pembrokeshire.

IT IS VITAL we continue to follow the rules, regulations and self isolate if necessary and continue to keep Cardigan and nearby communities safe otherwise we could see measures being reintroduced.
